1. What we collect
fuely.cloud collects the absolute minimum data needed to operate:
- Device fingerprint — a hash generated from your browser characteristics, used solely to prevent trial abuse. We cannot identify you from this.
- IP address — stored temporarily to prevent abuse and rate-limit API usage. Not linked to any personal identity.
- Access code — a randomly generated memorable code (e.g. brave.tiger.field.42) used instead of accounts or usernames.
- GPS location — used in-browser only to show nearby stations and provide navigation. Never transmitted to our servers or stored.
2. What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personal identifiers.
- We do not create user accounts or require registration.
- We do not track your browsing history or movements.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.
3. Payments
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or process your card details. Your email is collected by Stripe for payment receipts only — we do not store it. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party services
We use the following services which have their own privacy policies:
- Google Maps Platform (maps, directions, street view)
- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim (search, map tiles)
- OpenAI (voice navigation)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Google AdSense (advertising for free users)
5. Cookies
We use localStorage (not cookies) to store your access code and preferences locally on your device. Third-party services (Google AdSense, Stripe) may set their own cookies.
6. Data retention
Access codes and usage counters are retained indefinitely to maintain subscription status. IP addresses and fingerprints may be periodically purged. You can request deletion by contacting us.
