Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance

By using fuely.cloud you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

fuely.cloud is a fuel price comparison and station information service for the United Kingdom. We aggregate publicly available data from government APIs, OpenStreetMap, and other open sources to display fuel prices, station locations, and related information.

3. Disclaimer of liability

fuely.cloud is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of fuel prices, station information, opening hours, facilities, or any other data displayed.
  • We do not guarantee the availability or reliability of the service.
  • We accept zero liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to: incorrect pricing data, inaccurate directions, navigation errors, station closures, or any reliance on information provided.
  • fuely.cloud is not a GPS navigation system. Navigation features are provided as a convenience only. We strongly recommend using dedicated navigation apps (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze) for turn-by-turn driving directions.
  • You use this service entirely at your own risk.

4. Data sources

Fuel price data is sourced from the UK Government Fuel Finder API and is subject to reporting delays. Station information, facilities, and opening hours are sourced from Google Places and OpenStreetMap and may be outdated or incomplete. EV charging data is sourced from Open Charge Map.

5. Subscriptions

  • Free users receive a 48-hour trial of all features, after which premium features require a subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly (£1/month) or yearly (£10/year) via Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions, abuse free trials, or create multiple accounts.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the service without permission.
  • Do not attempt to access administrative functions or other users' data.

7. Intellectual property

The fuely.cloud name, logo, design, and code are the property of its developer. Map data is provided under the respective licences of Google Maps, OpenStreetMap (ODbL), and Open Charge Map.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
